Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern every order placed through this online store. Please read them before you buy. Last updated: 25 August 2026.

1. Who you are contracting with

This store is operated by Mumora Media LLC, a Limited Liability Company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Miahera is the brand under which this store trades. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Miahera" mean Mumora Media LLC.

Our offer is directed at consumers with a delivery address in the United States. The language of the contract is English.

2. How a contract is formed

The presentation of products in this store is an invitation to you to place an order. It is not a binding offer on our part.

You add items to the cart, go through the checkout and place the order. Before you submit it you can review and correct everything you have entered. By completing the checkout you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.

We confirm receipt of your order by email straight away. That confirmation records your order; it is not yet our acceptance. The contract comes into existence when we expressly accept your order by email or when we ship the items to you.

We may decline an order, for example if an item has sold out, if the delivery address sits outside the area we ship to, or if we have reason to believe the order was placed in bad faith. If we decline, you are not charged, or any amount already taken is returned to you.

3. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is free on every order within the United States, with no minimum order value and no handling fee, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

The price that applies is the price displayed for the item at the moment you place the order. The total shown in the checkout is the final amount you pay.

4. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered to you in the checkout. The store currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Which of these appear can depend on your device and your location; the selection shown to you in the checkout is what applies. Your payment method is charged when you complete the checkout.

5. Delivery

We ship within the United States. Total delivery time is 6 to 10 business days from the moment your order is received, made up of 1 to 2 business days of processing and 5 to 8 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. This definition applies to every time frame quoted anywhere on this site. The daily cut-off is 2:00 PM EST/EDT (Eastern Time).

Delivery times are the times we plan for. The full detail, including tracking, delays and lost or damaged parcels, is in our Shipping Policy.

6. Title and risk

Items remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full. Risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. Exchanges for a different size or color are free for you in both directions, and the replacement is sent out as soon as the exchange is registered rather than after your return arrives. 8. Product descriptions, images and colors

We write every product description on this site ourselves and we describe what the product images show. Screens differ, so a color can look slightly different on your display than it does in person, and the return and exchange process is there for exactly that.

Sizes are given in US alpha sizing. The sizes available for each item are listed on the product page.

9. Use of this site

You may use this store to browse and to buy for personal, non-commercial purposes. The content of this site stays with us: copying, scraping, reselling or republishing it, interfering with the operation of the store, or using it in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others falls outside that permission.

10. Intellectual property

The Miahera name and logo, the text on this site and the photographs and other material we have created for it are protected and remain ours or our licensors'. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use them.

11. Warranty and liability

Except where the law provides otherwise, the store and its content are provided as they are. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

This exclusion does not apply to, and does not limit in any way, our obligations for faulty, damaged or incorrect items, our return, exchange and refund commitments in the Return and Refund Policy, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection law that applies to you.

12. Governing law and venue

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts located in the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction, and this does not remove any right you may have to bring a claim in the courts of your own state of residence where the law gives you that right.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place your order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.

14. If part of these terms does not hold

If any provision of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the terms stay in force.
