Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to every order placed in the Miahera online store. Please read them before you order. Last updated: October 22, 2026.

1. Who you are buying from

This store is operated by Mumora Media LLC, a limited liability company formed under the laws of the State of Wyoming, with its registered business address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States and its US warehouse and return address at 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States. Miahera is the name under which we run this store. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Miahera" mean Mumora Media LLC.

Our store is for customers with a delivery address in the United States. The contract language is English.

2. How your order becomes a contract

The products shown in our store are an invitation for you to place an order. They are not yet a binding offer from us.

You add items to your cart and go through checkout. Before you place your order, you can check and correct everything you entered. When you complete checkout, you make a binding offer to buy the items in your cart.

We confirm that we received your order by email right away. This confirmation is not yet our acceptance. The contract is formed when we accept your order by email or when we ship your items.

We may decline an order, for example if an item has sold out, the delivery address is outside the area we ship to, or we have reason to believe the order was placed in bad faith. If we decline, you are not charged, or any amount already charged is refunded to you.

3. Prices

All prices are in US dollars. The price that applies is the price shown when you place your order. The total at checkout is the final amount you pay.

4. Payment

You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on devices and browsers that support them. Your payment method is charged when you complete checkout. You can find more details in our Payment Policy.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States, free of charge and with tracking. Your order arrives within 6 to 10 business days: 1 to 2 business days of processing plus 5 to 8 business days of delivery. Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays. The daily cut-off is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). All details are in our Shipping Policy.

6. Ownership and risk

Items remain our property until you have paid in full. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item. Exchanges for a different size or color are free in both directions, and we ship the new item as soon as your exchange is registered. Approved returns are sent to our US warehouse and return address at 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States and refunded within 5 business days of arrival. Our Return and Refund Policy explains all details and is part of these terms.

8. Product information and sizes

Every product page includes our own description of the cut, details and fit, plus photos of the item and the available colors. Sizes are shown in US alpha sizing (for example S, M, L), and the sizes for each item are listed on its product page. If a size or color is not right for you, you can exchange it free of charge.

9. Using this website

You may use our store to browse and to buy for personal use. Copying, scraping, reselling or republishing the content of this site, disrupting the store, or using it in a way that breaks the law or the rights of others is not permitted.

10. Intellectual property

The Miahera name and logo, the texts on this site and the images we created for it belong to us or our licensors. Using this site does not give you a license to use them.

11. Warranty and liability

Unless the law says otherwise, our store and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

This does not limit our obligations for faulty, damaged or wrong items, our commitments in the Return and Refund Policy, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.

12. Governing law

These terms and every contract under them are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The courts in the State of Wyoming have jurisdiction. You keep any right to bring a claim in the courts of your home state where the law gives you that right.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version shown when you placed it. The date at the top shows the latest version.

14. Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, the rest of the terms remain in force.
