Refund policy

This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds work at Miahera: how much time you have, who pays for shipping, where to send your return and how fast you get your money back. Last updated: October 22, 2026.

The short version

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return an item.
Exchanges for a different size or color are free in both directions.
We refund you within 5 business days after your return reaches our US warehouse and return address.
There is no restocking fee.

Business days are Monday to Friday, not counting US federal holidays.

1. Your 30-day return window

You can return an item within 30 calendar days from the day it is delivered. The delivery date shown by the carrier is the day the 30 days start.

2. Condition of returned items

Please send items back unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all tags still attached, so they can be sold again. Trying an item on at home is of course fine. If an item comes back in a different condition, we contact you first and find a solution together.

3. How to start a return and return address

Email us at info@miahera.com with your order number and the item or items you want to return.
We confirm your return request and send you the return instructions.
Pack the item and send it to our US warehouse and return address:
807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States

Please wait for our reply before you send anything, and send returns only to our US warehouse and return address in Traverse City, Michigan (not to our registered business address in Sheridan, Wyoming). Registering your return first lets us match your parcel to your order right away, which keeps your refund fast.

4. Who pays for return shipping

You changed your mind: You pay the return shipping. We refund the full item price.
The item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered: We pay the return shipping.
You exchange for a different size or color: It is free for you in both directions. See section 5.

5. Exchanges

You can exchange an item for a different size or a different color of the same style within the same 30-day window. Email us at info@miahera.com with your order number and tell us which size or color you would like.

As soon as we register your exchange, we reserve the new item and ship it to you. You do not have to wait until your return arrives.

The exchange costs you nothing. We pay the shipping for the item you send back and for the new item.

If the size or color you want has sold out, we let you know right away and refund you instead, as described in section 6.

Please note: only exchanges are free in both directions. If you would like your money back instead, the change-of-mind rule in section 4 applies.

6. Refunds

When your return arrives at our US warehouse and return address (807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States), we check it and refund you within 5 business days. The money always goes back to the payment method you used for your order. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Your refund is always the full price you paid for the item, with no restocking fee. Shipping on your order was free, so there is no shipping cost to deduct.

7. Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If an item arrives faulty or damaged, or it is not the item you ordered, email us at info@miahera.com with your order number and a photo. You choose: a replacement or a full refund. We pay the return shipping.

8. Changing or canceling an order

You can change or cancel your order until it is handed to the carrier. Please write to us as soon as possible, and before 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on the business day your order is being processed. Once your parcel is on its way, you can use the return process in this policy.

9. Gifts

If you bought an item as a gift, the return or exchange runs through the original order and payment method. Email us at info@miahera.com with the order number and we help you find the easiest way.

10. Your legal rights

This 30-day return policy is a service we offer voluntarily. It is in addition to the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
