Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Miahera collects when you visit our store or place an order, why we collect it, who we share it with and what choices you have. Last updated: October 22, 2026.

1. Who is responsible

This store is operated by Mumora Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as Miahera. We decide what personal information is collected in this store and how it is used. You can contact us at any time at info@miahera.com.

2. The platform this store runs on

Our store runs on Shopify. Shopify provides the store software, the checkout and the hosting, and processes personal information on our behalf to do this. You can read how Shopify handles personal information in the Shopify Privacy Policy.

3. What we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order: your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you enter one, the items you ordered and payment confirmation details. When you contact us: your email address or phone number, your message and anything you add to it, for example an order number or a photo.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our store: your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, the website or ad that brought you here, and how you use the store. This is collected with cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

Payment details. Card numbers and other payment details are entered in the checkout and handled by the payment provider. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus the payment type or the last digits of the card, so we can identify the transaction.

4. Why we use it

To process, ship and invoice your order.
To send you order emails: order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking, and messages about returns, exchanges or refunds.
To show you your order status on our Track Your Order page.
To answer your questions and handle returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints.
To understand how our store is used and to improve it.
To measure our advertising and to show Miahera ads to people who visited our store (see section 6).
To prevent fraud, automated bot abuse and misuse of our store and forms.
To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

5. Who we share it with

Shopify, as the provider of our store platform, checkout and hosting.
Payment providers, to process payments, refunds and chargebacks.
Shipping carriers, which receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
Our order tracking service, which shows the status of your shipment on our Track Your Order page.
Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha), which provides security and anti-bot verification on our forms and our Your Privacy Choices page.
Google, as our advertising partner (see section 6).
Public authorities, when the law requires us to share information.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Cookies, advertising and analytics

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. We use the following types:

Necessary cookies and security services keep the store working: they remember your cart, keep the checkout secure, and protect our forms and Your Privacy Choices page against automated abuse using hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.).
Analytics from Shopify help us understand which pages are visited and how the store is used.
Advertising tags from Google (Google Ads) measure whether our ads lead to visits and orders, and allow us to show Miahera ads to people who have visited our store before. To do this, Google receives information such as the pages you viewed, the products you looked at, whether you placed an order, your IP address and cookie identifiers. Google may combine this with other information it has about you. You can read more in how Google uses information for advertising.

Under some US state privacy laws, sharing this information for advertising may count as "selling", "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out at any time (see section 8).

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and change your ad preferences in Google Ad Settings. The necessary cookies need to stay on for the cart and checkout to work.

7. How long we keep it

We keep order information for as long as tax and accounting laws require. We keep emails for as long as we need them to handle your request and document the outcome. Technical logs are kept for a short time for security and then deleted.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

know what personal information we have about you and get a copy of it,
have it corrected or deleted,
limit how we use it,
opt out of targeted advertising and of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information,
be treated equally when you use any of these rights.

How to opt out of advertising: Use our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out request for that browser and device.

How to make any other request: Email info@miahera.com from the email address you used for your order and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you for information to confirm the request comes from you. We answer within the time the law requires. If we decline your request, you can reply to our answer to appeal, and we will review it again.

9. California and other US states

If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have the rights listed in section 8. In the last 12 months, we have collected the categories of information described in section 3 (identifiers, contact and order details, commercial information, and internet activity) for the purposes in section 4. We have shared internet activity and identifiers with Google for advertising, as described in section 6. You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page.

10. Children

Our store is meant for adults. We only collect personal information from people aged 16 and older. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email info@miahera.com and we will delete it.

11. Security

Our store and checkout use an encrypted connection. Payment details are handled by the payment provider under its own security standards. Please keep your order emails and any account login details private.

12. Visitors from outside the United States

We ship within the United States only. The information described here is processed on servers of our service providers, which may be located in the United States or in other countries.

13. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the way we handle personal information changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
