This store is operated by Mumora Media LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States, trading as Miahera. We decide what personal information is collected here and what it is used for. You can reach us at any time at info@miahera.com.

2. The platform this store runs on

This store is hosted by Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the online store software, the checkout and the hosting, and processes personal information on our behalf in order to do that. Shopify also sets the cookies that are necessary to operate the store, keep your cart between pages and keep the checkout secure.

3. Personal information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order: your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, the items you ordered and payment confirmation details. When you write to us: your email address, your message and anything you choose to include in it, such as an order number or a photograph of a damaged item.

Information collected automatically. When you browse the store: your device and browser type, your IP address, the pages you look at, the site or search that brought you here, and similar technical data that the store platform records in order to serve pages and protect against fraud and abuse.

Payment details. Card numbers and similar payment credentials are entered in the checkout and handled entirely by the payment provider. What reaches us is the confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last digits or payment method type needed to identify the transaction.

To accept, process, ship and invoice your order.
To send you transactional messages: order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking, and messages about a return, exchange or refund.
To answer questions you send us and to handle returns, exchanges, refunds and complaints.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with the parties that are needed to run this store:

Payment providers, to process your payment and to handle refunds and chargebacks.
Shipping carriers, which receive the name and address needed to deliver your parcel and to generate tracking.

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for cross-context behavioural advertising.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

To make a request, write to info@miahera.com from the email address you used for your order, and tell us what you would like us to do. We may need to ask you for information that lets us confirm the request comes from you. We answer within the time frame the applicable law sets.

9. California and other US state privacy rights

If you are a resident of California or of another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the rights described in section 8, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect, the right to request deletion and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

As stated in section 5, we do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. You can still submit a request through our Your Privacy Choices page or by writing to info@miahera.com.

10. Children

This store is intended for adults and we collect personal information only from people aged 16 and over. If you believe a child has given us personal information, write to info@miahera.com and we will delete it.

11. Security

The store and the checkout run over an encrypted connection, and payment credentials are handled by the payment provider under its own security standards. Please treat your order confirmations and any account credentials as confidential.

12. Visitors from outside the United States

This store ships within the United States only, and the information described here is processed on servers operated by our platform provider, which may be located in the United States or in other countries. If you visit this site from outside the United States, you are sending your information to a country whose data protection rules may differ from those where you live.
