Payment Policy

This page explains how payment works at Miahera: which payment methods you can use, when you are charged and how refunds work. Last updated: October 22, 2026.

1. Payment methods

You can pay with:

Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club
Digital wallets: Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

Apple Pay appears on Apple devices with Apple Pay set up, and Google Pay appears on devices and browsers that support it. The payment icons in the footer, on every product page and in the cart show these methods.

With Shop Pay, you may also see the option to split your purchase into installments at checkout. This option is provided by Shop Pay's lending partner, and all terms are shown to you before you choose it.

2. When you are charged

Your payment method is charged once, when you complete checkout and place your order. If a payment is declined, the order is not placed and nothing is charged. Some banks briefly show a pending authorization in this case. Your bank releases it automatically.

3. Currency and total

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars. The total at checkout is the final amount. Shipping within the United States is free, so no shipping cost is added.

4. Secure payment

You enter your payment details in our encrypted checkout, and the payment provider processes them. We never see your full card number. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, plus the payment type or the last digits of your card, so we can find your order if you contact us. You can read more in our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds

Refunds always go back to the payment method you used. After your return arrives at our US warehouse and return address (807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States), we refund you within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it. All details are in our Return and Refund Policy.

6. Questions about a charge
