Returns and exchanges

Email info@miahera.com with your order number and the item you want to return or exchange. Once your request is registered, send your parcel to our US warehouse and return address at 807 Airport Access Road, Unit D, Traverse City, MI 49686, United States. Please do not send returns to our registered business address in Sheridan, Wyoming (30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States). Refunds are issued within 5 business days after your return arrives at our US warehouse.
